When you are in the teaching field you should always have an open mind of bettering yourself as a teacher. A good teacher reflects and thinks on how the students will learn because if a child can’t learn the way we teach, maybe we should teach the way they learn. You can also go back and explain in detail what you might have missed when you were explaining the lesson to the students. Some students learn by being hands on with things I think it is important to let the students have hands on with different lesson plans because I think it will help them to remember what they learned.
